Founded by an experienced GP who’s spent nearly thirty years in the NHS helping people feel better , physically and emotionally.

Beginning with sharing honest stories about medicine, mental health, and addiction, from both sides of the consultation table, Dr Armadillo is growing into a team of compassionate listeners- The Armadillos.

This space is about understanding, not judgment. About listening, not fixing.
About learning to be human, vulnerable and resilient. We simply offer a listening ear and thoughtful words in return.
