This journey isn’t over. I’m currently writing a book about life as a doctor living with addiction and mental illness — a story of survival, self-discovery, and what it really means to heal. It’s raw, honest, and sometimes a bit funny.

The book traces my journey from medical school to motherhood, through addiction, recovery, and everything in between. It’s not a tale of tragedy and woe, it's about understanding self, peeling away the layers and touching mental illness at it's core.
