Dr Armadillo developed in a quiet corner of the internet. It is a space where people can voice their struggles, say what they feel and be heard without judgement.

Over service is  growing and our team of Armadillos is getting bigger. We are people from all walks of life with different backgrounds and life experience and we are not payed for providing this service.  The Armadillos have all got a common skillset-ability to empathise, listen and work as a network to find solutions to your problems. We will work with you and see how we can help.

We do not diagnose, we do not offer professional advice, we do not offer therapy but we can listen to your story and work together with you to come up with an agreeable plan. Sometimes just talking about it, is enough. Other times we can signpost you to other organisations or even write to third parties on your behalf. We may even be able to write to authorities.

Please note, though, we are NOT an emergency service and if you do require immediate or urgent help you must call the appropriate public service required such as dialling 999, 111, 101 or other recognised and appropriate organisations.
